The Voter Registrar's office is located in a trailer to the right rear of the Holbert Building in the courthouse area. Their web address is

Absentee voting is allowed if the voter will be away from his/her place of residence on voting day, for business or personal reasons.

To vote absentee by mail, the application must be received in the Registrar’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. seven days before election day. The Registrar will send you a ballot, which is due at 7:00 p.m. on election day.

To vote absentee in person, go to the Registrar's office, fill out an absentee application and vote on the spot. You can do that anytime through the Saturday before election day. The Registrar is open Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays, from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
